Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 14 days, as per governing German customer protection laws. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.


If you submit your request for a refund within the 14 days of purchase, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, such as your credit card, within 14 days. If no refund appears, please contact us after the 14 days have past.

Late or missing refunds

Please check your bank account again, before contacting us concering a late or missing refund.

Please also contact your credit card company as they may require some time before your refund is officially posted and visible to you.

Next, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is completed.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
